📍 On Wednesday, 5 November 2025, from 10:00–13:00,
the Department of Chemical Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyabutr Wanichpongpan, together with 23 third-year students from the international program (CHE 472 Environmental Chemical Engineering), visited the facilities of Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC) at the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province.
The group was warmly welcomed by Mr. Pongkorn Chochuwong, General Manager – Operational Excellence, who hosted the visit and arranged a lunch gathering with KMUTT Chemical Engineering alumni currently working at SPRC.
