MOU signing ceremony with partner schools in Rayong Province

On 9 March 2026, the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with partner schools in Rayong Province. The collaboration aims to strengthen educational cooperation, enhance students’ potential, and inspire them to pursue higher education in engineering—particularly chemical engineering. The partnership also promotes academic activities, educational guidance, and the development of students’ skills in science and engineering within the network schools.

The ceremony was held at the Phinit Vithat Room (V Space), 14th Floor, LX Building (Learning Exchange Building), KMUTT. University executives, faculty members, and representatives from the partner schools attended the event and participated in the signing ceremony. This collaboration marks an important step in building an educational partnership between the university and schools in Rayong Province, working together to develop future human resources in science, technology, and engineering for the country.

Following the MOU signing ceremony, the Department of Chemical Engineering hosted a visit for school principals, administrators, and teachers from the partner schools. The delegation toured the department’s classrooms, laboratories, and pilot plant facilities to gain insight into the teaching environment, equipment, and resources used to develop students’ capabilities in chemical engineering.

This collaboration reflects the department’s strong commitment to building educational partnerships with secondary schools, working together to develop the potential of Thai youth and inspire the next generation to pursue studies in science and engineering.
